WhatsApp through Meta's official API

Nami CRM connects to WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta's official API. Nami Consultoria acts as a technology provider: each business client connects its own WhatsApp Business Account and remains its owner.

    In Nami CRM, the business clicks "Connect WhatsApp", logs in with its Facebook account and selects its WhatsApp Business Account and phone number.

    Serve

    Customer messages arrive in the inbox, and the team or the AI assistant replies from the CRM.

    Follow up

    Each conversation is linked to the contact and the deal, and approved templates are available to reach out again.
